#MediMagic365 Day Thirty One Of The Magical Journey

Day thirty one of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. In today's meditation I sat with the bottoms of my feet together rather than crossed so the white light and energy could continuously flow through my body. 

During today's meditation I was in my natural state of happiness and joy. Throughout my meditation all that kept coming up into my consciousness were the words happiness and joy and I could just feel myself "being" with a smile on my face and a sense of relief in my heart that I finally allowed myself to live in the present moment and to be full of happiness and joy rather that having stress, anxiety and worry about the past which is gone and the future which has not happened yet. 

​Conclusion:  I believe the first thirty one days of this magical meditation journey has allowed me to evolve into my natural state of "being" in the present moment and to become in a state of happiness and joy as I realize that the present moment is all we have. And now that I know that and can stay present I allow the feelings of happiness and joy to be my natural state which we all should because the present moment is what we have and if we can allow that to be and feel the feeling in the present moment we will allow that feeling to "be" our natural state at all times.

#MediMagic365 Day Thirty Of The Magical Journey

Day thirty of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. In today's meditation I sat with the bottoms of my feet together rather than crossed so the white light and energy could continuously flow through my body. 

Today's meditation experience was magical as I was able to just "be" and throughout my meditation I was in a state of happiness and joy as I still am as I write this. Throughout my meditation I was fully in the present moment with no "monkey mind" or any thoughts coming into my consciousness. The only things I felt during my meditation today was being present and full of happiness and joy. 

Conclusion: Happiness and joy I believe are our natural state of being that we all strive to achieve. After today's meditation and having this experience more than one in my first thirty days I am convinced that happiness and joy is all that each of us strives for in our life and once we "find" that place our lives will simply be magical because at that point we know we are responsible for our happiness and joy not someone else or any external experience such as our spouses, careers, children, parents etc.... It is up to us and only us to be in our own state of happiness and joy. I also believe that when we are in the place of happiness and joy we should find ways to "be" in that state in everything we do. So take a moment to think: What is happiness and joy to you? What are you doing or experiencing when you are in a complete state of happiness and joy? Once you figure that out do more of it, because I believe when each of us is in the present moment living a life of happiness and joy we will send that vibration out to the universe and get more of that feeling into our life.

#MediMagic365 Day Twenty Nine Of The Magical Journey

Day twenty nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I automatically was able to be glowing in the whit light as I sat down and began taking my deep belly breaths. But the room I was in during meditation today was also glowing and filled with white light, much different that yesterdays meditation experience where I was distracted by "monkey mind".

I was able to just "be" during today's meditation and the theme for today was mindfulness. I say that because throughout the meditation I was mindful of what was going on in the present moment. I was focusing on my breath, the sounds I was hearing like the heater blowing hot air through the vents, the humidifier in the room next to me, the dog barking out side and a helicopter that passed over my home. 

Conclusion: For me today's meditation was a reminder and a practice to be mindful and remain in the present moment as that is all we have. I encourage you to take time today and each day to be mindful for even just five minutes to start and when you feel you can do more increase it my a minute or two until your living your life in the present moment.

#MediMagic365 Day Twenty Eight Of The Magical Journey

Day twenty eight of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:15 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light.

Today's meditation was a challenge for me as I had a bad case of "monkey mind' where lots of thoughts and situations kept coming into my consciousness and I felt myself becoming involved in the thoughts rather than observing. So each time during meditation today I felt myself become involved in the thought I had to consciously remove myself take my deep belly breaths and get back to center again and in the place of just "being" rather than thinking.

Conclusion: I was reminded during my meditation today that even though it is my 28th day of consistent meditation and I thought I had my mind under control that I must continue with my daily meditation and deliberate practice and evolve into a "being" rather than a "thinker". This is a journey and each day will be a new and different experience but through consistent practice I will evolve into a higher consciousness and into a new state of "being". Just like the quote in the image for today's post feeding into our "monkey mind" is a punishable offence as it punishes us from being in the present moment and taking away from our "being" and put us back into thinking mode. We deserve better so remember to be conscious and when the "monkey mind" shows up we know we are off course and we need to take a minute or two to get centered and present.

Day twenty seven of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles. In today's meditation I had to consciously bring and fill my body with the white light starting with my heart and working out. Once I was centered and glowing with white light and the energy starting flowing through me. 

I felt I was a bit tired during today's meditation as I was in my state of "being" I noticed I started to doze off, so when this feeling came up on me I noticed it, accepted it and just knew that is where I was supposed to be in this moment. Upon doing this and allowing myself to go with the flow so to say I became in a deeper state of "being" and oneness with myself. I relaxed into my true self and allowed it to happen rather than try and change where my meditation was taking me for today. But now that I sit here writing my experience for you all I can feel the energy, happiness, love and joy flowing through me.

Conclusion: I believe that each experience we have is the one we are supposed to have at that moment. We are given what we are meant and ready to receive in each area of our life whether it be career, spiritual, personal.

Day twenty six of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles. In today's meditation I had to consciously bring and fill my body with the white light starting with my heart and working out. Once I was centered and glowing with white light and the energy starting flowing through me. 

After sitting in meditation for a few minutes I was able to get in my state of "being" where the word"love"came into my consciousness. I noticed it once and then I would just "be" but love kept coming back into my consciousness so I accepted the message I was receiving and for the remainder of my meditation I repeated the mantra "I am love". When I was repeating my mantra I could feel my face smiling, and my body glowing with white light, especially my heart which had a bright beam of white light shooting out into the world which I took as my message to spread love from a heart centered authentic place, and to come from a place of authentic love in all I do and to everyone. As I am evolving through my magical meditation journey I believe I am being reminded and given the opportunity to bring love back into our world as I believe it was intended to be. We were all created to be loving, caring authentic beings that treat one another with love and respect but we tend to get separated by our beliefs whether it be religion, sexual orientation, gender, race, political views etc... 


Conclusion: The message I received in today's meditation and the way I interpreted it has brought me to a place of "being love" and knowing the no matter who, what or what anyone else's beliefs are my duty is to be authentic and come from a place of love and service to everyone no matter their beliefs as we all have the same creator no matter what name we call it/him/her/source/energy/universe/higher power....

Day twenty five of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles. As in yesterdays meditation I automatically brought the while light into my entire body without having to go the rough the process of intentionally doing it, it was already there and flowing through me. 

During my meditation practice now I am able to just go into the state of "being" automatically without having to get there through breathing exercises and concentrating on spreading the white light through my body that all is just there for me now. I believe I am evolving to a higher state of consciousness that is benefiting me not only in my meditation but also in my daily life as I am more focused and "present" in each moment and interaction I have throughout the day. I am more calm and able to focus on one task at a time while working and complete it knowing it is done to the best of my ability and will bring the best value to others and I did not rush through just to get more done. 

Conclusion: The past twenty five days have simply been magical. By the end of this week I will have completed my first thirty one days of meditation and I am excited to see how I continue to evolve and inspire others to join me in this magical journey of self discovery and "being".

Day twenty four of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:05 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles. As in yesterdays meditation I automatically brought the while light into my entire body without having to go the rough the process of intentionally doing it, it was already there and flowing through me. 

Today's meditation experience was another magical one because I was able like yesterday to just relax into myself and just be for the entire meditation. I had no thoughts come in that took my attention elsewhere and my mind was at ease and relaxed. Throughout my meditation today I felt a smile on my face and I felt relaxed and comfortable. Even though I went to bed a bit later than usual last night I still woke up automatically this morning feeling a bit tired but now after I have completed my meditation I am energetic and can feel the energy flowing through me. I am in a place of happiness, love and joy. 

Conclusion: As I continue my daily meditation practice I am surprised that my body is now accustomed to waking up each morning at 5:00 am and I know have a habit that will greatly benefit me as it already has and will continue to throughout the remainder of the year and beyond, and also inspire others to implement meditation into their lives and receive the benefits also.

#MediMagic365 Day Twenty Three Of The Magical Journey

Day twenty three of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles. In today's meditation I did not have to fill my body with white light, after my deep belly breaths I was instantly glowing with white light through my entire body. 

As I soon became relaxed into myself in meditation today I was instantly in a state of "being". There were no thoughts whatsoever going through my mind I was in a peaceful state of just being with my body and heart center just glowing and beaming with white light and I sat. When I was meditating I had no concept or idea of time as I was there and what seemed to be within minutes my twenty minute timer went off. 

Conclusion: Today's meditation was simply amazing and simple because today is day twenty three of my #medimagic365 meditation journey and the time to change a habit is thirty days which is only seven days away so I believe I am evolving and becoming comfortable in the present moment and just "being", unlike before I started meditating daily I always had to be doing something or be "busy" which I thought was a trait of success but now I realize i was not only doing myself a disservice but others that rely on me to bring the best value and service to them. Now I know with my meditation practice and being able to "be" I am more energetic, focused and in the present moment and each moment whatever I am doing I am providing the best value to whom ever I am with or what ever task I am engaged in.

#MediMagic365 Day Twenty Two Of The Magical Journey

Day twenty two of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling myself with white light starting with my heart and working my way out from there. During today's meditation I sat with my legs in the crossed position. 

It was very easy for me to relax into a state of "being" in meditation today. After my initial deep breaths and filling my body with whit light I was quickly in the "being" state and remained that way for the remainder of my meditation. I believe "being" is our natural state it is even in our titles of human "beings". That is God's, the universes way of telling us to just "be" and that is all we have is the present moment. 

Conclusion: As my magical meditation journey continues I believe I am evolving and relaxing into my true self by learning to just "be" and realize that all that we have is the present moment and to be fully engaged in the present moment as that is all I or you have any control over.
