#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred Thirteen Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred thirteen of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I continued with my not waking up at a certain time. I woke up at 7:00 am but before getting out of bed I remained in bed and sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and gratitude for all in my life.

During the time after I wake up and lay in silence for twenty minutes or so I bring in the white loving source energy and fill my entire body with it until I am glowing and it is circulating through my entire body freely. Once my body is completely full I then just relax into my natural state and remain in gratitude and love for the remainder of my silent time sending loving energy to those in my life and to the world. 

In today's meditation I also included my normal Sunday routine of releasing what is no longer serving my highest good. I laid in bed bringing the while source energy from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet releasing any energy that I no longer needed or was serving me. 

Conclusion: I feel so much lighter and free when I do this as we all hold on to things that are no longer serving us and when we learn to release it we can then begin to bring in what we need and that will benefit us best.

Day two hundred twelve of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I continued with my not waking up at a certain time. I woke up at 6:40 am but before getting out of bed I remained in bed and sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and gratitude for all in my life.

Today's blog is coming a little late as my wife and I went to go run and exercise this morning which was part of my meditation. Yes meditation can be in exercise as well not just siting with legs crossed and eyes closed. Meditation can be in many forms, today I chose exercise. I ran two miles and was focuses and in the present moment that I was not thinking of anything else but not passing out lol. I feel very good now that I did and accomplished because I was in the moment with no distractions. 

Conclusion: Meditation has many benefits but also many forms as sitting in a dark silent space, exercising, even yes working as long as your in the present and working on one thing to accomplish it, washing dishes, yard work are all forms of meditation. But the key as I said in being in that moment with no distractions.

Conclusion: When I was laying in silence today I repeated the mantra "I am Enough" and "I am Love". I believe repetition and consistence are the ultimate keys to change and evolvement good or bad, you do something long enough it becomes a habit. So lets to good positive nurturing things that benefit us and our world.

Conclusion: By doing this practice for about a week or so now I feel this is the best I have felt since starting my meditation journey because I am not forcing my meditation I am allowing it. Whats the difference? Well forcing it was like setting my alarm to get up at a certain time each day because I had to meditate, allowing it is allowing myself to wake up naturally and getting to sit in silence with loving source energy flowing through me and spreading to the world.

Day two hundred nine of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I continued with my not waking up at a certain time. I woke up at 5:50 am but before getting out of bed I remained in bed and sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and gratitude for all in my life.

Since I have been doing this meditation practice I have been much more productive and energetic throughout the day. I have also been present, patient and just in the moment. I have also been more creative and taken immediate action on ideas that I get. Yesterday I had an idea for a webinar training I set it up and put it out for people to sign up and I have had four people sign up already.

Conclusion: I believe that waking up naturally is working for me and better for me health wise as I am not controlling when I wake up I am allowing myself to do it naturally and therefore receiving the benefits from it like being energetic, alert, and my brain and body are in tune and not cloudy.

Day two hundred eight of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I continued with my not waking up at a certain time. I woke up at 6:00 am but before getting out of bed I remained in bed and sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and gratitude for all in my life.

This meditation practice has been very valuable to me not only through the meditation part but as far as rest and rejuvenation for my mind and body. I feel less tired, groggy and more energetic, focused and alive. I believe that by not forcing ourselves to wake up at a certain time and allowing ourselves to wake up naturally we are benefiting our minds and bodies because we are allowing them to get the full rest they need not what we think is right. I really enjoy my twenty minutes of silence once I wake up and before I get out of bed also because it gives me time to get centered and reflect on what I am grateful for and to just be before my day starts. I start my day energetic and centered vs going with a running start trying to accomplish everything that needs to be done. 

Conclusion: I know this allowing of our bodies and minds to wake up naturally is very beneficial, but you might say "I have to be at work at a certain time". This is true but could you go to bed earlier? Could you start this on your days off? What about a nap when you get home to rejuvenate? I invite you to find a way to implement this into your routine and reap the benefits as I am.

#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred Seven Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred seven of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:20 am. I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me. Today's meditation I started with white light lighting up my heart and working through my entire body form there. I filled my entire body with white loving source light. Once that was complete I began to spread it out from my heart to our world starting with the room I was in then my home and outward from there until our entire world and universe was glowing with white loving light.

Once I was connected to my source energy and filled with the white loving light I sat I remained in a state of being and in the present moment. I remained in this state throughout my meditation and repeated the mantra "I am Love" through out also. I know I am love and come from love and I want to spread that to our world who desperately needs it. Throughout my meditation today I could feel the source energy flowing through me and emanating out to the world. I believe that is a great way t start the day in a state of love and happiness, and I know it will follow me through the remainder of today and beyond. 

Conclusion: I am grateful to start each day with my meditation practice and able to set an intention for the day, because we know what we intend always comes true. Good or bad......

Day two hundred six of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I continued with my not waking up at a certain time. I woke up at 7:00 am but before getting out of bed I remained in bed and sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and gratitude for all in my life. 

I think this practice elevated my meditation 1. because i was not tired, I was awake, energetic and present. 2. because I sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and being in gratitude for all I have. I feel more connected to myself and source energy and I feel so alive, energetic and I could feel the energy flowing through me. I also feel not waking up when we think we have to has made my meditation practice better because I am into my meditation and am not tired and dozing off during it, I am present and in my meditation. 

Conclusion: I believe sleep is one of our biggest tools we need and can use for our evolvement, health and success. We are tend to our bodies, rest and allow them to rest, rejuvenate and heal themselves we are not deprived of rest and rejuvenation we can then perform better we have better attitudes and in turn are healthier because we are not denying our bodies and mind the rest they require.

#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred Five Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred five of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I did a very different meditation. I didn't get up at a certain time to meditate. I actually did the opposite. I turned off my alarm and let myself wake up when my body and mind were fully rested vs me controlling the time I wake up and get started. So today I woke up naturally at 7:30 am well rested, rejuvenated and allowed my body and mind to fully rest and get going when they were ready vs when I "thought" I should be. 

Sleep is one of the best meditations because we are in a complete state of rest. According to the Dali lama "R
egular rest is essential for both the mind and body, so it only goes to follow that high quality sleep is a necessary ingredient of meditation – after all, both involve relaxing and clearing the mind." According to another study reveal that sleep allows the brain to clean waste accumulated during the awakened period. Delta brain waves 0.5 to 2Hz They are the slowest brainwaves (lower frequency). Delta is generated in deep sleep and deep meditation as well. If you reach that level in meditation or in your sleep you’re completed disconnected from the outside world. Conclusion: "That level will help with reduction of physical symptoms such as fatigue and pain. It’s possible to wake up after a good night of deep sleep, refreshed, regenerated and healed."  
I believe that one of the best meditations is sleep, because we are again giving up the control and saying when we will wake up by allowing our bodies to do it naturally when they are ready not when we think they are ready or we "should" get up. I am going to try this for a few days or as long as I feel I need to and reap the benefits.

Day two hundred four of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:20 am. I did drift and start to become involved in my thoughts so when I recognized it I went back to focusing on my breath. Once I did this I continued to feel more relaxed and in my natural state of being for the remainder of the meditation while focusing on my breath which helped bring me into a state of being and relaxation. 

Conclusion: As was my experience today is the perfect example of why meditation is  a practice and must be done consistently to reap the benefits.
