Day fifteen of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling myself with white light starting with my heart and working my way out from there. During today's meditation I quickly fell into a relaxed state of just being and appreciation. As I sat there just being and my body filled with the white light the word grateful keep coming up for me so that turned into my mantra which was "I am Grateful". Once I started repeating the mantra for a few moments I felt even more relaxed and could fill my heart filling and emanating even more whit light. I also was given images of the things in my life that I am grateful for such as my wife, my son, my home, the relationships I have with my closest family members and friends, my home, my car, the people I have the privilege of training and coaching, you the readers of my daily MediMagic365 meditation journey etc...
Conclusion: After my meditation as I sit here writing this I can still feel the love and gratitude flowing through my entire body and that has made me realize that we are to be grateful for what we have before we can receive more from the universe. Because if we are not grateful and appreciative for what we currently have how will we ever be grateful with more?? What are you grateful for? I would love to hear in the comments below.
