Day forty four of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up.
Today's meditation was great and very beneficial as I was able to relax every part and muscle of my body and "be" in the present and mindful. I quickly was able to go into my natural state of "being" unlike the past few days where I had some trouble doing that because there was releasing some energy that was no longer serving me, now that I have done that and released whatever was not serving me and in my best interest I was able to return to being in a state of love, joy and happiness.
Conclusion: I believe meditation is a necessary practice for us as it is a place where we can go in and be ourselves and actually scan and "listen" to our inner-guidance and repair it naturally and then be able to grow into who we truly are.
