Day forty nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up.
During today’s meditation I was more conscious about my inhaling breaths as I was yesterday, but as I was conscious about my breath I was also in a state of love, joy and happiness as I was able to just be in my natural state of “being”. As I was allowing myself and able to be in the present moment and consciously inhaling deeper and filling my lungs and body with loving, nurturing breath I felt even more gratitude and appreciation for my life. For the remainder of meditation I repeated the mantra “I am grateful and appreciative”.
Conclusion: By being grateful and appreciative for what we have and our current place in life I believe is the only way to allow more and better into our life, if were not grateful and appreciative for what we have now how can we be grateful and appreciative with anything else?
I encourage you to take five to ten minutes and write down a list of what your grateful and appreciative for.
