Day nineteen of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:20 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling myself with white light starting with my heart and working my way out from there. I did change positions in today's meditation as I placed the bottoms of my feet together during meditation so I could keep the energy flowing throughout my body.
I am finding myself being able to just relax into myself and just be now during my meditation practice. My mid does still wander with the "monkey mind" but it is much easier to refocus on my breaths and bring myself centered again.
Conclusion: Nineteen days into my #MediMagic365 meditation journey I am finding myself being in the present moment and being able to listen with the goal of listening and not responding. I am more relaxed and going with the flow throughout the day and just in the place of knowing I am love and light and I am in a state of love, joy and happiness that I am spreading to others I come into contact with and some that I am intentionally sending that loving, joyful and happy energy to.
