Day ninety seven of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:05 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Once I was in my natural state of being after my deep breaths and filling myself with white light I was able to just relax and "be" for the remainder of my meditation. I was also very relaxed because I took a hot salt water bath last night and salt water baths have many benefits which include releasing toxins from your body that are no longer serving you. So I believe I am still very relaxed from that also.
Conclusion: To become into and remain in our natural state of being and living in the present moment just like anything takes consistent action. I will repeat again I am not the same person I was when I started this magical meditation journey ninety seven days ago. I am more calm, present and in a state of leading with love at all times and happy and peaceful in all I do.
