Day ninety two of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Today's meditation was very simple, I was able to go into my natural state of being almost automatically. I sat and was just in peace and glowing in white loving light throughout my meditation. Towards the end of my meditation I did have some thoughts come up into my consciousness but I had another breakthrough as I was able to just observe my thoughts without becoming involved in them and let them take over. I just sat observed and let them go. It is so freeing when you can do that. I have heard lots of meditation teachers, meditation practitioners who have said you observe your thoughts and up until today I did not know what that meant. But now I have experienced it and like I just said it is so freeing and liberating to not "have" to be involved in each and every thought that comes into our consciousness.
Conclusion: Having gone through the experience of observing rather than becoming involved I believe has taken me to another level in my spirituality and has allowed me to evolve more as a person where I am able to just "be" as I choose and not let my thoughts take over and be a victim to my thoughts anymore.
