Day one hundred eight of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am. For today's meditation I did my normal Sunday routine laid down on my back with my palms facing down, the heels of my feet touching and my head arched back a bit to keep my throat and airway clear and in line with the flow of my body.
In today's releasing meditation I quickly was able to go into my natural state of being and bring in the white light from my third eye and start from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet releasing any and all unneeded energy that was no longer serving myself for the highest good of all concerned. Today I noticed it took me some time to move past my shoulders. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and what felt like pressure built up n my shoulders for the past few days. I focused on that without rushing and let the light move through at its own pace and eventually id did move past and I released whatever energy that was in my shoulders through the palms of my hands.
Conclusion: Our shoulders often bear the weight of the world—our own world, at least. Shoulder and neck muscles are often the first casualties of stress and tension. So therefore I released all my tension as I know that when I am "stressed" or "worried" I/ we are not surrendering and trusting that God/ The universe is looking out for our best interest.
