Day one hundred eighty four of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:20 am. For today's meditation I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me.
Today's meditation was very deep and I was able to just be. I started with the glowing white light in my heart and spread it our from there. Once my entire body was filled I went into my natural state and I even believe a little deeper. I was completely in a state of meditation and so focused on my breathing that nothing else even came to mind. I was just in a deep meditation throughout. Within the past week I have really embraced the breathing technique and it has worked great for me. I have notice it calms me down, lowers my heart rate and allows me to relax and be present.
Conclusion: If you find yourself in a stressful situation or feeling some sort of anxiety I would encourage you to sit, and breath in through your nose for a count of five then breathe out through your moth for the same five count. Repeat this for about a minute and then check in with yourself and see if you have calmed down and feel better, I bet you will.
