Day one hundred forty nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Today's meditation was all about gratitude. As I relaxed into my natural state of being I automatically went into gratitude and being so grateful for all I am able to do and all the people in my life. I feel so amazing and free happy and joyful that I am so blessed to live an amazing life with amazing people such as my wife and son.
Conclusion: When we acknowledge and appreciate what we have in our life we don't need the "stuff" to be happy we are already living a life of freedom, happiness and joy. All we need to do is step back for a minute relax and be grateful.
