#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred Forty Seven Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred forty seven of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:30 am. I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me. Today's meditation I started with white light lighting up my heart and working through my entire body form there. I filled my entire body with white loving source light. Once that was complete I began to spread it out from my heart to our world starting with the room I was in then my home and outward from there until our entire world and universe was glowing with white loving light.

I continued with my silent meditation to day and listening to anything that I received. I did not receive any intuitions or messages during meditation this morning but I did go into a complete state of relaxation and happiness knowing I am on the right path and the right actions are being taken both obvious and inspired. 

Conclusion: For me the success is in being able to sit and just be in the present moment for twenty minutes. Before I started my consistent meditation practice I was not able to do that, I was always on the "go" as they say. I thought by working more and doing more I was achieving more. Now I know I am much more productive and effective because I can be in the moment and listen for inspired actions as well as be focused on one task rather than 5 or more.
