Day one hundred fourteen of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 4:50 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Today's meditation was much a repeat of yesterday that I was able to quickly go into my natural state of being and just relax and "be". It is now becoming easier and easier to get into that place of just being and being ok with it. Before when I would just sit in silence it was very uncomfortable and I would do things to avoid that such as checking my phone, texting, emails, social media. But now I would rather sit and just be and reap the benefits of connecting with the universe.
Conclusion: When was the last time you sat and just sat, no checking of the phones or any distractions? Even if not with your eyes closed in a meditation position. Just sit and "be"? I would encourage you to try it and maybe at first it won't be for a long period of time maybe four or five minutes and if you continuously do it you will eventually build you time up and start receiving the benefits of just "being".
