Day one hundred nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
During today's meditation I was completely relaxed and had not a thought in my head as I attended a hot yoga class yesterday which I had not been to in about a year. My body is a little sore mostly in my hamstrings and neck areas but as far as the meditation it went great and I think the yoga completely relaxed me because yesterday after I came home in the afternoon and had a great afternoon nap.Ever since the class I have been very relaxed calm and able to just be without being in meditation so this morning during meditation it was at a deeper level I think because I was able to release so much of what was no longer serving me or the highest good of all.
Conclusion: There are many ways to take care of our bodies and I believe we should do what ever works for you. For me it is hot yoga, for you it may be running, the gym, dance, cross-fit. But what ever that is I would encourage you to engage in that activity once or twice weekly and it will also help in getting you in a place of happiness, love and joy because you are further taking care of your body.
