#MediMagic365 Day One Hundred Seventy Seven Of The Magical Journey

Day one hundred seventy seven of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:30 am. For today's meditation I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me. 

For today's meditation I brought the white light through my entire body starting on the bottom of my left foot and working up through my left leg, hip, left side of my body to the top of my head. Then I shifted the white light to the right side of m body and proceeded to fill every part of my body with it flowing down the right side. I did this three times and once my body and everything in it was glowing with white light I just sat and relaxed into myself and was present in the moment. I could feel the energy flowing through me and I felt as I was glowing and radiating white loving light.

I again held my crystals in my hand while meditating and I must say it is very powerful. I am still having very deep meditations as I go into a state of being but very deep to where I am numb and in spirit feeling the powerful energy running through me. I feel my meditation practice is going into a deeper level and I am getting more in touch with my higher self and God/ The Universe. During my meditation I repeated from memory what I have been journaling nightly in my Intention Grabber Journal just form memory and know it is awaiting me to receive. 

Conclusion: I am moving into more of a deeper and deeper level of consciousness and getting in touch like I said with God/ Holy Spirit/ The Universe and allowing the highest and best to be given to me.
