#MediMagic365 Day One Hundred Sixty Nine Of The Magical Journey

Day one hundred sixty nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.

Today's meditation was another one of the six phase meditation. But today during the meditation I was listening to it and going through the phases but I caught myself going into a deeper state of relaxation and just being. I was hearing the words guiding me through the meditation was I was on a whole other deeper level of being. I was in a very deep state of meditation and just being and it was great. I was relaxed, I felt weightless and as if I were just my spirit which I believe we all are at our core. 

Conclusion: I feel and believe that I am evolving into more of a spiritual being and getting in touch more with my soul and being a soulful being, leading with love and living in the present moment which is all we have.
