#MediMagic365 Day One Hundred Sixty Three Of The Magical Journey

Day one hundred sixty three of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:30 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat out in the balcony of our villa at The Arizona Grand Resort hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.

Today I repeated yesterdays meditation of meditating with open eyes and appreciating the sights and sound of this beautiful resort we are at. As I sat with my warm cup of coffee just being and appreciating everything that I saw and that I was in such a beautiful place I was given the message of happiness. This for me is true happiness and I wondered if others are truly happy or just comfortable? By comfortable I mean scared to create the life and freedom they truly desire? Scared of "failure" of what others think? That is not living that is not being true and authentic to yourself. 

For myself I am on my journey of living my dream and inspiring and empowering others to discover and live their true freedom whatever that is for them. May be in career, personal, financial, a goal or dream they have whatever that is I along with my co-creator are on a mission to create a world where everyone lives their true freedom. And was it easy for us to start absolutely not! But we did and now we are gaining momentum and inspiring others to do just that. 

Conclusion: Life is meant to be experienced not just lived, what makes your heart sing? If you could do anything you wanted to do and know you would accomplish it what would that be? Do it! It's your right go claim it and start experiencing all life has to offer.
