#MediMagic365 Day One Hundred Thirty Eight Of The Magical Journey

Day one hundred thirty eight of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 4:50 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.

​During today's meditation I repeated the mantra "I am love". Once I was in my natural state of being I continued that mantra throughout my meditation. I believe it came up as a reminder that we are love and to lead with love in our daily actions. Sometimes we can get drawn back into old habits and focus on doing rather than being so this was a great reminder for me as I am still evolving on my spiritual journey. 

Conclusion: Our growth I believe comes from continually practicing what it is we want to evolve on. As for me it is in the being and not the doing. What is that for you?
