Day one hundred thirty five of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
I am back home and in my normal meditation space today and it was so great as I got right into just being. I do love to meditation in different places also because you get different experiences instead of the same one daily. Different places and times give different experiences. In today's meditation I was in gratitude again for my wife and son and our wonderful home we have together that makes it a home.
Conclusion: What is it you are grateful for? I know gratitude keeps coming up for me but I know its a major part of living in the present and being able to allow more into our lives. Take a minute today and make a list of things you are grateful for.
