Day one hundred twenty eight of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Today's meditation was very relaxing and more of a blank space because I was able to just sit fill my body with white light and relax into my natural state of being and remain their through my entire meditation. I find when this happens I am more at peace through out the day and just knowing I am a natural spiritual being who leads with love in all I do.
Conclusion: I love when I am able to just sit and be during meditation because for me that means the "monkey mind" is tamed and I am in control of my thoughts and can truly live in each moment rather than allowing a bunch of different thoughts run through my head and try to figure them all out. I know to listen to my inner guidance and intuition and take the inspired action and I will always be led to where I am supposed to be for the highest good of myself and the highest good of others.
