Day seventy four of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Today's meditation I was able to just "be" throughout my entire meditation. As soon as I consciously filled my entire body with loving white light I went into a state of just "being" and I had a great flow of breathing in through my nose ad out through my mouth. I did catch myself a few times not breathing as I should I think I was so into just "being" that I was not consciously breathing my belly breaths and when I did notice this I also noticed that the white light and loving energy was not flowing through my body at ease. So when I recognized that I was doing this I would consciously breathe deep belly breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth and noticed that the loving energy would start flowing naturally.
Conclusion: Our breathing has a lot to do with our energy and how it flows through us. Take some time to recognize and notice when you are immersed in a certain task or activity if your energy is not flowing as you like and take a minute to consciously take deep breaths and get a rhythm for your breathing to see if that helps.
