Day sixty five of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
During today's meditation I intentionally focused on the feelings I was having in each parts of my body. I started with my feet then went to my legs, knees, hips, then my stomach up to my shoulders, arms hands, neck then my head. In each of these places I focused on the feelings I was having and filling each with loving white light and gratitude for what each part does to help me function daily.
Conclusion: I encourage you to take a few minutes and acknowledge and feel gratitude for each part of your body as it allows you to do many things throughout the day. And without it we might not be able to do as much.
