Day sixty nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:20 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I sat in my normal pose of sitting with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees palms facing up with my index finger and thumb touching so the energy I was circulating throughout my body would stay within me and not release through my palms.
Today's meditation I was able to just relax into my natural state of being. Throughout the meditation I was able to just "be" and focus on my breathing and the glowing white light within my entire body.
Conclusion: As each day of my meditation practice goes by I am able to just "be" with no expectations of thinking of the past or future I am just in the present moment and appreciating what that is.
