Day thirty five of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I repeated the same meditation position as I did yesterday of sitting n a chair with my feet planted on the ground and circling the white light through my body.
For the past two days with this new meditation position I have not felt the same deep connection to God/ Source energy as I do when I am sitting in my normal meditation position of back straight and legs crossed, so I will be reverting back to that position tomorrow morning for meditation.
During my meditation today I was able to quickly fill my body with the white light and just "be" but I feel I did not get the most out of my meditation because of the position I was in. I still feel I got value form my meditation today and was connected, but also feel I was not fully engaged.
Conclusion: Consistency is key not only in meditation but in anything you choose to succeed in. There are many different ways to accomplish a task and you should try new and different ways but use the one that works for you and you get the best results from. As for me I will resume my normal meditation pose tomorrow.
