![]() Day twenty nine of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:00 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling my body with white light. I automatically was able to be glowing in the whit light as I sat down and began taking my deep belly breaths. But the room I was in during meditation today was also glowing and filled with white light, much different that yesterdays meditation experience where I was distracted by "monkey mind". I was able to just "be" during today's meditation and the theme for today was mindfulness. I say that because throughout the meditation I was mindful of what was going on in the present moment. I was focusing on my breath, the sounds I was hearing like the heater blowing hot air through the vents, the humidifier in the room next to me, the dog barking out side and a helicopter that passed over my home. Conclusion: For me today's meditation was a reminder and a practice to be mindful and remain in the present moment as that is all we have. I encourage you to take time today and each day to be mindful for even just five minutes to start and when you feel you can do more increase it my a minute or two until your living your life in the present moment.
