Day twenty two of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:10 am with my normal routine of big deep belly breaths, relaxing my entire body and muscles and filling myself with white light starting with my heart and working my way out from there. During today's meditation I sat with my legs in the crossed position.
It was very easy for me to relax into a state of "being" in meditation today. After my initial deep breaths and filling my body with whit light I was quickly in the "being" state and remained that way for the remainder of my meditation. I believe "being" is our natural state it is even in our titles of human "beings". That is God's, the universes way of telling us to just "be" and that is all we have is the present moment.
Conclusion: As my magical meditation journey continues I believe I am evolving and relaxing into my true self by learning to just "be" and realize that all that we have is the present moment and to be fully engaged in the present moment as that is all I or you have any control over.
