#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred Fifty Two Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred fifty two of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 7:00 am. I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me. Today's meditation I started with white light lighting up my heart and working through my entire body form there. I filled my entire body with white loving source light. Once that was complete I began to spread it out from my heart to our world starting with the room I was in then my home and outward from there until our entire world and universe was glowing with white loving light.

Today was another silent relaxing and being meditation. First i did not wake up at a certain time to meditate, I woke up naturally and then meditated and it was very profound as I was not tired I was in the present moment and was able to just be. 

Conclusion: I am now a firm believer in one getting the rest we need to properly function in a highly productive way. I have noticed since I have been doing this I am more productive throughout the day and more focused without the afternoon energy slump.
