Day two hundred nineteen of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 6:10 am, got ready and headed out to meditate while exercising. My wife, son and myself went out to our local University and ran two miles and did some other body exercises such as burpees and planks. This was my meditation today and what I noticed is when exercising and being in the "zone" as they say is simply amazing because there is nothing else on your mind or anything your "worried" about. Your in the moment and only focused there and nothing else.
Conclusion: When you find yourself in the zone doing what ever it is that gets you there that is meditation because your in the moment fully. And once you can do that in one area you can do it in all areas, career, relationships, family time etc... And to me that's the ultimate goal is to be present in every moment we have because that is all we have...
