Day two hundred of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:15 am. For today's meditation I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me.
Today I brought in white loving light from source energy/ God/ Universe through the top of my head. I imagined a tube going from the top of my head up about five hundred feet and connected to the loving source energy. Brought it down through the tube into the top of my head and proceeded to work it down through my entire body and the bottoms of my feet.
Today's meditation was very happy as I had a smile and gratitude flowing through my entire meditation. But also because today is another celebration as it is day two hundred since I have started my meditation practice. I am so happy, grateful and excited that I chose to commit to my daily meditation practice. It has changed my life in so many ways but the biggest lesson I have learned is that if we want change we must commit and follow through to get real change. In today's culture we are a instant gratification society and if we try something and do not get immediate results we dismiss it and say it doesn't work. But in actuality it takes time to create or break a habit, but through consistency and the desire to create the change if you commit and know you are making progress each day eventually two hundred days will pass and you will realize that there has been a major shift. For me the shift is in my being. I am now more present in each moment which makes me more productive, I have a great connection with my intuition and now listen to it and take inspire actions vs me "thinking" I know better and I am more compassionate and I listen now not to react but to listen and hear.
Conclusion: If you want to create any change in your life as I have through my meditation practice I am here to tell you it is not going to happen over night or in a week or even a month. If you want real long lasting positive change you have to commit yourself and do the action or practice daily and know you are making progress, and then one day you will realize its day two hundred of your "new" life and it is no longer a "have to" but you want to do it because you have realized so many benefits form it. Change comes from committing to a new way and then taking the daily consistent actions.
