#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred One Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred one of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:20 am. For today's meditation I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me. 

For today's meditation I started with white light lighting up my heart and working through my entire body form there. I filled my entire body with white loving source light. Once that was complete I began to spread it out from my heart to our world starting with the room I was in then my home and outward from there until our entire world and universe was glowing with white loving light. Once I was in this state of love and just being I remained there for the remainder of my meditation. I was able to sit and relax into my natural state without any thoughts distracting me from being in the present. 

Conclusion: As I move forward with each new day and practicing meditation I am amazed and how different each meditation session can be. One day its complete silence and the next I have a different experience. But that is why I truly love my meditation practice because I am given what I need at the exact time I need it. And this can happen for you also if you choose to.
