![]() Day two hundred seventy two of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 5:20 am. I sat in a chair with my feet flat on the floor and my palms resting on my thighs facing up with the index finger and thumb touching to circulate and keep the energy flowing through me. Today's meditation I started with white light lighting up my heart and working through my entire body form there. I filled my entire body with white loving source light. Once that was complete I began to spread it out from my heart to our world starting with the room I was in then my home and outward from there until our entire world and universe was glowing with white loving light. Today I did another silent meditation and just relaxed into my natural state of being. I am enjoying and needing silence now I believe because I am gaining so much value form it. There is so much commotion throughout each day that I just need time to sit be silent and be. And in doing that I believe it rejuvenates me and prepares me for the day ahead, but also allows my inner guidance and intuition to work for me and give me inspired actions that may be reveled to me later. Conclusion: By sitting in silence for a short time daily I believe we can regroup without all the noise and commotion of our busy life and our busy world. Silence is very powerful and a very powerful tool in being and in success that we all have access to if we chose to use it.
