Day two hundred six of #MediMagic365 is complete and today I continued with my not waking up at a certain time. I woke up at 7:00 am but before getting out of bed I remained in bed and sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and gratitude for all in my life.
I think this practice elevated my meditation 1. because i was not tired, I was awake, energetic and present. 2. because I sat in silence for twenty minutes giving thanks and being in gratitude for all I have. I feel more connected to myself and source energy and I feel so alive, energetic and I could feel the energy flowing through me. I also feel not waking up when we think we have to has made my meditation practice better because I am into my meditation and am not tired and dozing off during it, I am present and in my meditation.
Conclusion: I believe sleep is one of our biggest tools we need and can use for our evolvement, health and success. We are tend to our bodies, rest and allow them to rest, rejuvenate and heal themselves we are not deprived of rest and rejuvenation we can then perform better we have better attitudes and in turn are healthier because we are not denying our bodies and mind the rest they require.
