#MediMagic365 Day Two Hundred Twenty Of The Magical Journey

Day two hundred twenty of #MediMagic365 is complete I started my meditation today at 1:00 am. For today's meditation I did my normal Sunday routine laid down on my back with my palms facing down, the heels of my feet touching and my head arched back a bit to keep my throat and airway clear and in line with the flow of my body. 

As I laid there in bed bringing white light in through my third eye and spreading it through my entire body and releasing any unneeded energy I was able to just be.  Every Sunday I practice this meditation it gets easier and easier because I have less ans less to release. I was able to just relax and be in the present moment with the loving source energy flowing through me. 

Conclusion: Each week I do this meditation I feel refreshed and renewed to start another magnificent week with no attachments.
