In today's instant gratification world people are stressed, frustrated, and feel powerless because they can't seem to succeed. In a 2009 study, it is said that it takes anywhere from 18-254 days to form a new habit and an average of 66 days for that habit to become automatic.

In the world of success and achievement, we become successful by repetition which is doing the same boring things over and over and over until we become better at them and in turn become a master at the tasks only then do we achieve the success we desire.

There are no shortcuts only commitment and consistency will get you the results you truly desire. But when we do not see immediate results we think the actions we are taking do not work, but in reality, we have not done the actions long enough to see momentum build.

With the new year, fast approaching and the "New Year's resolutions ready to be set and ultimately failed upon (9-12% are successful) what is one goal or desire you have had that still sits in the back of your mind and you would still like to accomplish?
